Google Calendar OAuth Access

If you connect Google Calendar, we request limited access using these scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — used only to create, update, and manage booking-related events that you approve within our app.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — used only to securely identify your Google account for linking purposes.

We do not:

• Read or store unrelated calendar data.
• Access, share, or use event data for analytics or marketing.
• Reuse your Google data for any other purpose.

Token Storage & Security: OAuth tokens are stored securely in an encrypted database (google_tokens) on our private server and used only to perform authorized calendar operations. You can revoke this access anytime from your Google Account permissions. When access is revoked, all related tokens and event data are deleted from our systems.

Google Limited Use Disclosure

Gift It Solution’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. Limited sharing occurs only with trusted third-party processors (such as Google APIs, Twilio, ElevenLabs, or hosting providers) strictly to deliver requested services.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your tokens, recordings, or account data anytime by emailing hello@giftitsolution.com.

Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing or integrations.
• Revoke Google Calendar access directly from your Google Account.
